To contact Support: 

  • Click on the icon with the headphones in lower left corner of WS 2.0

  • Click ‘New chat’ in the blue box that appears

  • Enter your request and click the blue paper plane or the enter button to send

When you contact Support, we cannot see which customer you are helping. It is therefore important that you send some of the following information with your inquiry:

  • The vehicle’s registration number

  • The vehicle identification number

  • The user’s email address

  • The user’s telephone number 

  • The units SN-ID

The subject of your inquiry will determine whether we need all of this information or only a few of the details. However, as a general rule, it is a good idea to send all of the information as well as the issue you are facing. This gives us the best chance of helping you as quickly as possible.
