When a customer writes to you or calls you to say that there is something wrong with his/her vehicle, you can look up the vehicle in Connected Cars Workshop where you will find more information to help you advise the customer.

Procedure:

  1. Go to the vehicle summary
  2. Use the search function and search for: numberplate, vehicle identification number, telephone number, email address, customer name, etc.
  3. When you have found the vehicle, click on it and find: mileage, service details, incidents. 

Under ‘Sent to app’ at the bottom of the page, you can see which notifications have been sent to the customer, and under ‘Raw data’ you can see the vehicle’s raw data, which have not been sent to the customer.
