Check that there is a connection to both GPS and GPRS by looking at the Signal button in top right corner of Vehicle Details. If the button is green the signal is okay. If it is orange or grey, there is no signal.
If there is a connection, click on the Signal button and continue to step 4.
If there is no connection, the installation and unit must be checked.

Click ‘Reset unit’ and then click ‘Yes, reset it’. The unit needs the cars ignition on to reset.
If the user does not receive data to his/her app within 24 hours after the next trip, please contact Support.
