The error codes a user may see in the app are listed below.
If an error occurs when logging into the app, the user may receive an error code. The list below explains the codes:

400: ‘Some validation failed’ - this may mean invalid email address, user not found, invalid password, invalid telephone number

401: ‘Invalid login’ - this usually means that the password is incorrect

403: ‘Login not possible’ - this usually means that there has been a change of user for the vehicle

409: ‘Email already exists’ - this means that someone is attempting to create a new user using an email address that already exists in the system
