Requesting connection to vehicle for customers

Read here how your customers can request connection to their vehicle in the app

Once your customers have access to your app they have the option of requesting for additional vehicles to get connected to their account.

 

This is done in the app's status page and it is possible both when there already are vehicles connected to the account, and when no vehicles are connected yet.

 

The user will click "Connect my car" on the status page to go to the next screen if there are no connected vehicles:

 

If the user does have a car connected already, they can click on the current active vehicle in the top to open the active vehicles' menu. There the customer can click "Connect another car" to see the same screen:

 

The Connect my car screen allows users to generate a prefilled message for the workshop by clicking "Message workshop" to start a dialogue with their preferred workshop about getting their vehicle activated. They can add license plate to this message for the workshop to act on.
