In ConnectedWorkshop users can either have basic or manager rights. Each has access to a lot of the same functionalities, with a few exemptions, which are explained in this article.
User with basic rights
In ConnectedWorkshop a user with basic rights has access to features related to all vehicles which are connected to his/her workshop(s). In shorter terms, the user can:

See and edit all vehicle information

Add new vehicles

Activate all non-activated vehicles

Connect vehicle with private/commercial customers

See all customers’ information

Communicate directly with the customer

See all service data for vehicles

See all service reminders

See all vehicle alarms and error codes

User with manager rights
In addition to all the features that the user with basic rights has access too, the user with Manager rights can also:

Invite new users (with both levels of rights) to the workshop

Promote/Demote existing users' level of access rights

Edit general information about the workshop

Edit estimated revenue of different lead types

Set/update the opening hours of the workshop

Set/update the Auto-reply from the workshop to the customers inside/outside of opening hours.

Update Location of the workshop for customers to see in their app
