Road- and bridge toll (ConnectedFleet+)

Learn how to get information on road- and bridge toll passages and what to expect

This functionality is only available in ConnectedFleetPlus.

As a fleet company, you might be concerned with how much money you spent on the road- and bridge tolls, or maybe you need to redeem some taxes due to private-related trips.

We can help you get a bit of the way. Here's a short guide on how to enable it.

First, you need to enable it

If you see this, it means that road- and bridge-toll has not been enabled on your fleet and is therefore not being collected.

Go to Fleet settings and scroll all the way down to "Toll" section.

Once enabled, the trip export screen will look something like this.

Included in the trip export will be a column with "Number of toll passages" per trip, and a column with "Total toll charge" per trip.

Local limitations to pricing

Although we have included quite a lot of local rules and variables regarding pricing there are known limitations that we simply don't have the capacity to maintain due to local variance and ever-changing rules. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Discount when handicapped

  • Discount when plus one passenger in the vehicle

  • Price differentiation based on car length

  • Certain country-specific public holidays

  • ...

OBS: Therefore, you are responsible for making sure the information is correct. Our data is only a guide, similar to other fleet management systems with the same capability.

The current price model implementation for the Stockholm and Gothenburg toll zones include:

  • Price varies across the day, week and season

  • July is free (except the first 5 week days of July)

  • Weekends are free
