Understanding campaign metrics

After a campaign has been sent out, it’s useful to see how it has performed.
The following metrics are in place to give you an indication of how it performed.

  • Audience reach - The full number of people that were targeted in your campaign.
  • Sent - The number of in-app notifications created and therefore how many users the campaign was sent to.
  • Opened - How many users that clicked on the notification to open up the app.
  • Clicked - How many users that clicked on the notification in the app. A click is only counted once per user, even if a user click the notification several times.
