The EasyPark feature in your app is designed to be a helpful tool, but it does not guarantee error-free parking. It is always the driver's responsibility to double-check their parking details before leaving their vehicle.
Connected Cars does not cover the cost of any parking fines or charges.
Your Responsibilities When Parking
Whenever you use the app to park, you must manually check the following in the EasyPark app:
The Payment Zone: Make sure the app has started your parking session in the correct location or zone.
The Number Plate: Check that the session is active for the correct vehicle registration number.
Ending the Session: Make sure the parking session actually stops in the EasyPark app when you drive away.
Why Doesn't the App Do This Automatically?
Connected Cars respects your privacy and does not share any of your data with EasyPark. Because our systems do not talk to each other, we cannot automatically choose your vehicle or select your parking zone for you inside the EasyPark app. You must always confirm these details yourself.
How to Appeal a Parking Charge
If you believe you received a parking fine by mistake and want to contest it, you will need to contact EasyPark directly. Connected Cars support cannot handle or pay these fines for you.

A clear explanation of why you think the parking charge is incorrect.
A photo or attachment of the physical parking charge notice.
