Our enhanced search tool helps you quickly locate knowledge articles on common issues and troubleshooting steps. Just enter a few keywords, and find answers to get back on track fast.

Dive into our guides on product functionality, from introductory how-tos to advanced features. Our Help Center makes it easy to learn how to make the most of our tools and optimize your experience.

 

Submit a Support Ticket
Can’t find what you need? You can submit a support ticket directly through the Help Center. Just fill out the form, attach relevant files, and choose your priority level, and our team will get on it.

 

Track and Update Your Tickets
Stay in the loop with our “Requests” section, where you can view, track, and add updates to your open support tickets. This feature ensures you’re always informed and connected to your support team.

Here you are not only able to see your own tickets to our Support team, but also other tickets submitted from Workshops you belong to. 

 

With these tools, our Help Center is ready to support you in every way—explore, learn, and let us help make your experience seamless!
