Managing Email Notifications in ConnectedWorkshop

This guide outlines how to configure your internal email alerts so you are instantly notified whenever a customer or teammate sends a message within the platform.

 

Step-by-Step Settings Configuration
 

To adjust your email and system notification preferences, follow the navigation path below:

  1. Access Your Profile Settings: Go to the main navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen and click on your User Initials located at the bottom of the sidebar:
     

  2. Review Notification Options: Locate the notification preferences section. You will see three distinct alert options:
    - Instant Email Alerts: Sends an email notification immediately to your inbox the moment a new message is received.
    - Daily Activity Digest: Compiles a summary of your unread messages and alerts into a single daily overview email.
    - Desktop Push Notifications: Triggers a live, browser-based banner alert on your screen while you are working in the platform.

  3. Save Your Preferences: Check or uncheck the boxes next to these three options to match your personal workflow, then click Save Changes to update your profile:
