The Vehicle Export function allows you to generate a comprehensive list of all vehicles connected to your workshop. You can customise the data points included and choose your preferred file format (CSV or Excel).
How to Export Vehicle Data
Navigate to Vehicles: Select the Vehicles tab from the left-hand navigation menu in ConnectedWorkshop.
Confirm Your Workshop: If you manage multiple locations, ensure you have selected the correct one(s).
- Tip: Click the Wrench Icon in the bottom left-hand corner to switch between or select multiple workshops.Initialise Export: Click the Export Vehicles button in the top right-hand corner:
Customise Your Data: A window will appear allowing you to select the specific data points you wish to include (e.g. VIN, Last Communication, or Mileage).
Choose Format & Send: Select either CSV or Excel and click Export Vehicles:
Receiving Your File
Delivery: The file will be sent directly to the email address associated with your ConnectedWorkshop account.
Processing Time: Most exports arrive within seconds. However, for larger fleets with a high volume of data, it may take a few minutes to process and deliver the email.
Additional Information for "Offline" Markets
(e.g. Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore)
Users in Offline Markets have access to an additional data field in the export options: Subscription Start and End Date. This allows for easier tracking of service contracts and connectivity periods.
