How to resend an invitation to a customer

If a customer has not received their invitation, or the invitation is about to expire, you can resend it from the vehicle details page.

Before you start

You can only resend invitations for vehicles that are Awaiting user consent.

Step 1: Find the vehicle awaiting consent

  1. Go to Vehicles
  2. Select the Awaiting user consent filter tile at the top of the page. 
  3. Use Search if needed. 
  4. Click the vehicle to open Vehicle details.

 

Step 2: Resend the invitation

  1. In Vehicle details, scroll to the Primary user section. 
  2. Click Resend invitation:

 

If the invitation was sent to the wrong email or phone number, use 'Revoke invitation' first, then send a new invitation with the correct details.
