How to reset a customers password

If a customer has forgotten their password, you can trigger a password reset email from ConnectedWorkshop. The customer will then set a new password themselves.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to the Customers overview page:

  2. Search for the customer and open their Customer details page.
  3. Click Reset password:

  4. The customer will receive an email with a link to create a new password:

Notes

Only the customer can choose and set the new password. Ask the customer to check their spam or junk folder if they cannot find the email.
