If a customer has forgotten their password, you can trigger a password reset email from ConnectedWorkshop. The customer will then set a new password themselves.
Step-by-step
- Go to the Customers overview page:
- Search for the customer and open their Customer details page.
- Click Reset password:
- The customer will receive an email with a link to create a new password:

Only the customer can choose and set the new password. Ask the customer to check their spam or junk folder if they cannot find the email.
