Clarity:

The user gets relevant information about the car via the MyConnectedCar-app, including:

  • The customer will be able to see where the car currently is from the location on the status-screen.

  • The customer is made aware of his fuel level.

  • The customer is made aware of any error codes and/or warning lamps.

  • The customer is reminded of when it is time for service.

  • The customer gets an overview of their trips.

 

Security:

  • If worse comes to worst and your car is stolen it will be possible for the customer to find their car on the map in the app's status screen, and it will be easier to help police in the investigation of locating the stolen car.

  • In case of a malfunction of the car, the customer always has their workshop "right in their pocket". Additionally, an emergency contact or roadside assistance number can also be made available in the MyConnectedCar-app.

  • Customers can connect their app with "EasyPark" and get reminders from us to remember to start the parking when they are in a payment area - Furthermore we stop the parking when they leave the parking area.

Care:

The customer will experience proactive care from the service advisers who helps taking good care of the car in between workshop visits. Due to the fact that the workshops have the complete overview of the car regarding lamps and error codes, they can in this way contact the customer if necessary, and if permission from customer is given to do so.
Always present the MyConnectedCar-app for the customer at the workshop.
