To correct a customer's personal information in ConnectedWorkshop, follow these steps:

Click on "Customer name" to access their Customer details page, either via the chat where they've contacted you, or via the Customers' overview page in the main menu

Click "Edit Customer"

Here you can correct Name, Last Name, Phone Numbers and Language.

Then press "Save"
OBS! It is NOT possible to change the e-mail address in ConnectedWorkshop. Only the customer can do this in their MyConnectedCar app, but it is relatively easy for them to do so. Here is how it is done:

Go to "More"

Select "Profile"

Select "Account"

Select "Email"
-
Enter new email under the old email address and click "Update email"
