How to Deactivate Chat Notifications
To stop receiving push notifications whenever your workshop sends a new message in the chat, follow the step-by-step navigation path below:
Open the MyConnectedCar app and tap More in the main menu.
Select Profile from the available options.
Tap on Notifications to open your alert preferences.
Select New message from the list of notification categories.
Toggle the Push notifications switch to the Off position:
Once disabled, you will no longer receive active banner alerts on your device for new workshop messages, though you can still view and reply to conversations normally whenever you open the app's chat screen.
