Understanding Organisational User Roles

An Organisational User is a high-level role that provides access to every workshop within a specific organisation (e.g., all workshops within the Denmark or Sweden market).

Gaining Organisational Access

To become an organisational user, you must be invited by an existing Organisational Manager.

  • If you require access: Please contact your lead or manager.

  • If you are the lead or manager of your workspace: Please contact the Connected Cars Support Team.

How to check user roles

To verify your own role or the roles of your colleagues:

  1. Select your initials in the bottom left-hand corner.

  2. Select 'User Management'.

  3. Filter the list by workshop access, user rights, or user type: 

Organisational users are identifiable by the [ORG] indicator to the right of their name and email address.

How to invite a new Organisational User

Note: You must have Organisational Manager rights to perform this action.

  1. On the User Management page, select 'Invite user' in the top right-hand corner:

  1. In the pop-up window, enter the new user's email address.

  2. Select the appropriate role (Basic or Manager rights).

  3. Select 'Invite user' to confirm:

 

 

The new user will receive an email containing an activation link to set up their account.
