My workshops lets you choose which workshop locations you want to view in ConnectedWorkshop. This is useful if you support more than one workshop location site.
Accessing My Workshops
- From the left-hand menu, select My workshops:
The My workshops window will then open.
Selecting workshops
If you have access to more than one workshop, you can choose one or more to include in your view.
- In the My workshops window, stay on the Workshops tab.
- Tick the box next to the workshop(s) you want to include.
- Use Select all if you want to include every workshop you have access to.
- Select Choose workshops to apply your selection:
Once applied, your selection will update the numbers and lists you see across the platform, including:
- Dashboard totals
- Vehicles list
- Leads list
- Conversations
Quick tips
Use My workshops to control which workshop locations you are viewing. If you are unsure whether you are looking at the right location, open My Workshops and confirm which workshop(s) are selected.
Workshop selection applies to all cases linked to that workshop, including both private and fleet-related activity. This helps you stay focused and ensures you are working in the correct workshop view.
