Tracking Your Campaign Performance

After a campaign has been sent out, it is important to analyse its data to understand its overall success.

 

ConnectedWorkshop provides four core metrics to give you an accurate picture of how your customer outreach performed:

  • Audience Reach: The total number of unique customers targeted in your campaign criteria.

  • Sent: The total number of in-app or push notifications successfully created and delivered to your targeted users.

  • Opened: The number of users who clicked the initial mobile notification to open up the app.

  • Clicked: The number of users who clicked an action link or button inside the app notification. (Note: To keep your data accurate, a click is only counted once per user, even if a customer clicks the link multiple times).
